Murdock's moved us from Lake County, California, to Chico, California which was a 240-mile round trip. We had a great experience. The company uses the latest technology to ensure that each move is a success. For example, on the big day, we received a text letting us know that the movers were on their way. We were unsure when we would be moving, but our contact, Jeremy, kept in touch with us until we set a date. He promptly answered all questions we had about the move in a professional manner. In addition, the crew supervisor, Sean, was personable and efficient. Thanks, Murdock's!

From my first phone call to Murdock’s to wrapping up the move, I was very impressed with their thoroughness & service. The job consisted of moving my living & dining room furniture to the garage so that new flooring could be put in. The movers were so courteous & respectful of our items. Everything was well wrapped, protected, & organized. They were knowledgeable about how to disassemble my grandfather clock, labeling the weights, so that when different movers arrived to move the furniture back in, the instructions were clear - and the clock is working perfectly. And on top of the excellent service, the two sets of movers were great guys, super personable, but very business-like. Murdock moving was very professional. They were careful of my furniture and belongings. Out quoted their competition and when they finished came in under their estimated time further saving my Wife and I money. Your crew members were Pat V, Jarod D (Fleet Manager), and the owner Neacail Murdock.

Murdock's moved me this past weekend from Sacramento to Chico, and I was really impressed with the guys who assisted! Adam, Thomas, and Trevor worked their tails off for over 8 hours, and made one of life's most stressful events much more bearable. My only frustration was that the original estimate was quite a bit lower than the final bill, which surprised me because I was a lot more packed & prepared than I had originally anticipated during the virtual walkthrough. That being said, I would still use Murdock's again for a future move. They're rated #1 in Chico for a reason!

Our movers were super friendly and professional. They even helped me with deciding where to place furniture! I will hopefully never move again, but I recommend them highly to anyone going through the process! They made us feel completely at ease through the entire planning, moving, and logistics phases.
