The Altamont route avoids Bay Bridge congestion entirely and is usually our default for South Bay deliveries, since it drops straight into San Jose from the east side without threading through Oakland or the Peninsula.
San Jose's neighborhoods split cleanly between established single-family areas and the newer townhome and condo developments built for the tech workforce. Willow Glen and Rose Garden are tree-lined, walkable, and easy for a full-size truck. Newer communities in Evergreen and North San Jose often run through an HOA that requires a scheduled loading-dock window or advance notice for anything larger than a standard driveway delivery.
