Land Park and East Sacramento offer established, leafy neighborhoods near downtown; Midtown draws people who want restaurants and nightlife within walking distance; and families chasing newer construction and bigger lots head for the suburbs in Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, and Natomas. Most of these are standard single-family homes with driveways and garages, so unloads are generally straightforward, though the older central neighborhoods can mean narrow streets and street parking our crew will scope out on arrival.
